Environmental Action

Our Grade 1 students are learning how to make a difference in our world. After discussing the 3 Rs- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, the students carefully analyzed their lunch waste and sorted it accordingly: Recyclables, Organic waste and Garbage. We engaged in a meaningful conversation about changes we can make to reduce the amount of trash. Beware! Your child may come home with some really good suggestions.
