Lunch & Challah Order Form

We are excited to kick off the lunch program for the 2019-20 school year! The lunch program continues to be a great fundraiser for the school and has allowed us, over the past few years, to purchase new staging, extensive new musical equipment, a gymnastics mat system and numerous improvements to the school that benefit all of our children. More importantly, this program also helps subsidize tuition for families in need allowing equal access to an incredible Jewish education.

We are looking for parent volunteers to help distribute lunches. If you have done so in the past, we look forward to having you back again. If you are new to the lunch program, please consider helping out as much or little as you can. Even one shift would be helpful! You can specify your availability on the order form.  The shift runs from 11:45am until 12:30pm.

This year we have made some changes, so please read the following carefully.

1. We have separated the year into 3 Terms, which will allow kids to change their food choices every 3  months. We will not be able to take any lunch meal changes after the deadline. This will eliminate any confusion and order mistakes.

2. Class trip days were considered in the costs and therefore missed lunches due to school events will not be moved to a different day.

3. We are offering a new vendor this term. The restaurant is called Centro Café and is located in the Promenade mall. They are a strictly Kosher, nut free, dairy restaurant. We will continue to offer Tov Li and Sushi Delights. If you are not familiar with the food, please consider trying the food ahead of time to ensure your children are happy with their lunch choice. We have tried the food ahead of offering it on the lunch menu and were very pleased. We hope your kids will also enjoy these meals!

First Term will run from September 16 – Dec 19 inclusive. The deadline for orders is Sept 9. Please note that we cannot take orders after Sept 9.

When placing your order, please keep in mind the following points:

  • A separate form is required for each student.
  • We strongly encourage you to visit the different vendors with your kids and sample the options prior to ordering.
  • We accept and encourage secure credit card payment at no extra charge.
  • We will not be issuing any refunds for order cancellations.
  • Orders cannot be changed.
  • Orders will not be placed until your payment has been received.
  • Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep a copy of your confirmation for future reference.

Reminder: The Shabbat Challah orders have been combined into the lunch order form to make it easier for all.
