Thank you for your interest in our school bus depot service for the 2026-2027 school year!
Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions below before electronically signing and submitting this form.
1. The bus service is open to students from Preschool-Grade 8. Preschool children must be toilet trained to ride on the bus.
2. The two-way bussing cost for the 2026-2027 school year is $2,340 per child. Families may elect to pay this fee either in one lump-sum payment of $2,340, in ten (10) monthly payments of $234, or in twelve (12) monthly payments of $195, with all payment schedules beginning in September.
3. Signing up for the bus is a commitment which is made for the entire school year. Selective days are not possible.
4. Bussing fees will be charged through the Billing Management tab in the Finalsite (formerly SchoolAdmin) enrollment portal in accordance with the payment option selected by the family and will be paid via the Autopay method already established for tuition and other school fees.
5. If there is a school shutdown due to health or government rulings, you agree to pay 25% of the cost during this shutdown, even though no service would be provided.
6. The service being offered is a depot system, whereby parents or caregivers must pick up and drop off their children at the bus stop of your choosing.
7. If no one is at your designated bus stop to pick up the student, the student will stay on the bus. The parent will be contacted and a meeting spot will be arranged. There will be a $50 charge for each instance the child is not met at the bus stop. The school will provide contact information for the parents at each bus stop so that you can arrange to help each other out if someone is running late.
8. If the student will be boarding or getting off at a stop different from the usual stop, an email must be sent to bussing@torontoheschel.org or to the bus monitor via WhatsApp in order for the bus monitor to permit the change.
9. Our school bus will arrive at school at approximately 8:15 am each day and depart each regular school day after our latest dismissal at 4:15 pm. For non-regular days and short Fridays, these times will be updated and communicated.
10. A bus monitor employed by the school will be on the bus each day.
11. In inclement weather, the school will be in touch by 6:30 am if the bus is cancelled. This often echoes the TDSB cancellation schedule but not in every case. No refund will be given if the bus is cancelled due to inclement weather.
12. We require a separate registration form for each child you wish to register for bussing.
13. You will receive an email within two weeks of submitting this form confirming whether your child has secured a spot on the bus.
